In the second transaction the Scout24 Group acquires finanzcheck.de, one of the leading consumer finance platforms in Germany. Finanzcheck operates an online consumer finance platform, providing consumers with real-time and efficient comparison of consumer loans. The deal was valued at 285 million euro and the company was founded 2010.
