DSP Platform161 acquired by Media and Games Invest

Media and Games Invest has acquired the programmatic advertising specialist Platform161, together with the remaining minority stake in ReachHero.

Platform161 runs a demand-side platform out of Amsterdam. The acquisition puts a full programmatic stack inside a listed group that already holds media and games assets, which is the combination that makes the advertising inventory worth more inside the group than outside it.
